A traditional 90 minute Hatha class. Each session includes; proper relaxation, proper breathing, sun salutations, positive thinking, meditative postures. Each individual is encouraged work to their own ability, adapted for all levels. Contact to reserve your spot and receive additional details.

Whether you have time restrictions, limited mobility or just prefer the solitude on a 1 on 1 class, this is the one for you. Each session includes a digital home practice suggestions and guided relaxation. 60-90 minutes.
3 Private Classes
This series will assist you to safely develop a personal practice and deepen your awareness. These traditional Hatha yoga classes are customized to meet your individual needs and goals. Included is a mantra offering, guided relaxation and breathing techniques that have the capacity to calm the mind and balance the body.
Do you want to share these sessions with a friend? No problem, add $10 for each additional person.
Thai yoga massage is an ancient form of healing body work offered with Metta (loving kindness). It is done fully clothed and uses a combination of deep stretches, and touch techniques that can relieve pain, increase mobility, improve mind body integration, release toxins and negative energy to name some of the benefits. Each session is organic and intuitive. Available in 90 or 60 minute sessions.
Friendship and Family PRIVATE class
This is a unique offering to provide a personalized expeience for friends or families. Classes can be geared towards deep healing relaxation to allivate stress and tension or fun and interactive.
