A 5-week meditation program to experience peace in the midst of a busy city. A Kabuki and Yoga Is... collaboration
This 5-week series includes 4 seated breathing meditations that are 30 minutes or less, and a Silent full moon meditation walk through the forest. Connect with a full moon and take time to immerse yourself in nature as it transforms into fall. Pranayama goes beyond belly breathing to incorporate healing vibration through mantra repetition.

Pranayama meditation - We will be practicing Udgeeth pranayama, which is a type of meditation that uses mantra and the healing vibration of the universal mantra OM. We will explore the meaning and deeper connection with our true selves and come into balance with nature.
Location - Depending on attendance our practice will take place at either 150 Locke St. S (Kabuki Spa) or 13 Rossmore Ave. (Stacey’s home studio) They are located within 1 km of each other
Silent full moon walking meditation - this unique meditation begins with light spinal movements and short talk. We will immerse ourselves in the moment with mantra repetition and the healing forest.
Location - Meeting at the Aviary (85 Oak Knoll Dr) Street and metered parking is available. The hike will be suitable for beginner to intermediate and involves hills, trails and boardwalks. Wear appropriate footwear, bring water, and dress according to conditions. In the event of inclement weather you will be notified by 4 pm.
Confirmations will be sent withing 48 hours of each session

Open and calm the body in our healing sanctuary where Stacey Austin will offer twenty and forty minute Thai Yoga Massages for $1 per glorious minute.
Relax onto your meditation cushion in the enchanting courtyard as your guide, Lilli Markle, takes you on a mindful journey of the senses.

Please note: meditations and thai massage sessions operate on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend adding your name to our list in store to reserve your spot in advance for a 20 or 40 minute thai massage. Massage fees are $20 for 20 minutes and $40 for 40 minutes and can be paid in cash in person to your practitioner, Stacey.
This is a free event, however, we invite you to consider a donation towards the Save the Elephants Organization, a partner of sariKNOTsari, which can be done in person or on the event page.
